Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33bmn ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 33bmn website at https://33bmn.net, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any game or service offered by 33bmn, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by every provision contained herein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 33bmn platform. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 33bmn reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or an on-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English-language version of this document shall take precedence over any translated or paraphrased version that may exist elsewhere. The Agreement is intended for players located in Bangladesh and is governed accordingly.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 33bmn platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and applies without exception to every player regardless of location within Bangladesh, account type, deposit amount, or betting frequency. By creating an account on 33bmn, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and will remain compliant with this requirement for the duration of your use of the platform.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to create and maintain an active 33bmn account:

• You must be a human individual acting in your own personal capacity — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of a current employee of 33bmn or any affiliated entity.
• You must not already hold another active 33bmn account. Only one account per player is permitted at any time.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 33bmn or any other gambling platform that would render your participation in online gambling a breach of that agreement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in Bangladesh.

33bmn takes the enforcement of the 18+ age restriction seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation — including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any time. Accounts suspected of being held by individuals under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will not be eligible for withdrawal and may be forfeited. 33bmn will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player who has misrepresented their age.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of betting, casino, and gaming services on 33bmn, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You may hold only one account at a time; duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at 33bmn's discretion, and any bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued during login. You must not share your login details with any third party. 33bmn will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. 33bmn uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. In addition to password protection, your account may be subject to OTP verification and device recognition checks as additional security layers. We reserve the right to temporarily lock an account if unusual activity is detected, pending verification by the account holder.

• Registration is free; one account per player only.
• All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Passwords must be kept confidential and not shared with others.
• Notify 33bmn immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.
• Identity verification documents may be requested at any stage — including NID, passport, or proof of address.
• Accounts that fail verification checks will be suspended until the matter is resolved.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

33bmn supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods most commonly used by players across Bangladesh. Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in BDT. 33bmn does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion required is the responsibility of the depositing player.

The minimum deposit on 33bmn is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposit amounts, though very large single deposits may be subject to additional verification procedures in accordance with our security protocols. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 33bmn account balance within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. • Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts whose identity has been confirmed.
• 33bmn does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile money provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or if an account is under review.
• Any deposit made with the intention of exploiting platform vulnerabilities or payment system errors will be voided and the relevant account suspended.
• 33bmn reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.

Betting Rules & Game Conditions

All bets placed on the 33bmn sportsbook are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — is governed by the standard cricket betting rules observed across the industry, supplemented by 33bmn-specific market rules where applicable. Players are strongly advised to review the market-specific terms displayed alongside each betting market before placing a wager.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. In the event of a system or data feed error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, 33bmn reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets. 33bmn will make every reasonable effort to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.

For casino games — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe, and crash games such as Aviator, Insect Master, and Dragon Master — the rules governing each individual game are set by the respective game provider. These rules are displayed within the game interface and constitute the binding game conditions for that title. 33bmn is not responsible for the outcome of any individual game round, which is determined exclusively by the game provider's certified random number generator.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless the relevant market is voided by 33bmn.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 33bmn's discretion — for example, during a wicket, injury, or other significant match event.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, delays in odds updates, or arbitrage strategies in bad faith will result in bet voiding and potential account action.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your account balance within a few minutes of the relevant event being settled.
• Game outcomes in the casino are determined by certified RNG software. 33bmn does not influence individual game results.

Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional prizes — including leaderboard prizes and tournament winnings — paid to bKash or Nagad accounts will be processed within 24 to 72 hours of the competition conclusion. 33bmn will contact the winning player via the contact details registered on their account to coordinate prize payment.

Account Suspension & Closure

33bmn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• Fraudulent activity, including unauthorised use of payment methods or identity theft.
• Money laundering or any activity that 33bmn reasonably suspects may constitute a financial crime.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or referral programmes in a manner inconsistent with genuine player activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at 33bmn staff or other players.

In the event that 33bmn closes an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms & Conditions — for example, at the player's own request via a self-exclusion — any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard verification procedures.

If a player requests closure under a self-exclusion arrangement, their account will be flagged and they will not be permitted to reopen it within the self-exclusion period they have specified.
